METERING ASSETS

Transport and logistics

We have a large warehouse area for storing and sorting assets into customer types. With over 25yrs experience in transporting metering assets around the world, your products are in the safest hands.

All products are stored on our CLR Data managed stock system, offering complete piece of mind over your assets.

We have a large fleet of modern vehicles on the road, all of which have state of the art tracking capabilities, to ensure our customers goods arrive in good time and in perfect condition.

Our site is fully monitored with internal and external CCTV surveillance systems.

TESTING & ANALYSIS

Meter Testing Facility

We offer a fully equipped and certificated meter testing facility, where we can re- program and test all types of electric meters, from single phase and three phase types.

We also offer a service whereby we carry out the following:-

Data Analyses and cross reference data management

Data collection service to capture asset requirements

Smart meter programming and configuration settings

Setting SSC Codes and internal time clocks

Programming key meters and setting keys

Electric meter Programming (Single Phase, Three Phase Whole current, Three
Phase CT)

Electric meter Calibration (batch testing)

Smart meter testing facility

Sim card management and installation

Sim collection service

Setting Hand held devices to meet Zigbee communication guidelines

Electric Meter Refurbishment

Our Electric meter refurbishment program can be tailor-made to suit each individual customer.
Our basic meter refurbishment consists of:-

Seal removal (if required)

Sticker removal (if required)

Full Body clean

Data collection

Photo of assets on arrival an throughout process (if required)

Electric meter programming

Smart meter programming and configuration setting

Replace and provide any necessary stickers

Re-program meters /Set SSC code

Screw down terminal screws (replace screws and terminal covers if required)

Gas Meter Refurbishment

Our Gas meter refurbishment program can be tailor-made to suit each individual customer.

(includes rust removal and paint, if required)

Test Equipment Manufacturing

We build bespoke metering cabinets for both Commercial and domestic applications, these products can be fully built and wired ready for installation. Including adding certificated CT’s should they be required.

Laser Printing Service

We have our own in house lasering department, to remove details from products and re-print your new branding to any metering application.
